  • DME
    • Respiratory Therapist/ Registered Nurse
      Responsible for providing equipment services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, and department policies and procedures. Healthcare team member will perform in all areas of Respiratory care in the home and office setting. Provides services for the setup of new oxygen patients; resupplies oxygen tanks and services and delivers durable medical equipment to patient homes. Helps with inventory system, ordering supplies and cleaning of equipment. Setup CPAP, educate on sleep disorder and monitor sleep apnea patients. Educate and assess all oxygen and trach needs to ensure quality patient care including paperwork and pre-authorizations with insurance companies. Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, prescriptions and follow-up documentation. Communicates with physicians regarding patient’s progress. Occasional on-call required.RN with Utah License or CRT/RRT with Utah License. CPR Certifications. Strong written and verbal skills, basic computer knowledge, basic decision and problem solving skills. Self-motivated and willing to work independently. Knowledge of CPAP and BIPAP preferred but not required. Must have current Utah driver’s license with no traffic violations within the last two years.

    • RN-CIRCULATOR/ SCRUB
      This position is responsible for the safe, therapeutic & effective care of surgical and endoscopy patients. The RN independently coordinates the preoperative nursing care of the surgical patient. Must be willing to take call at night & on some weekends. Adaptability, flexibility willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment required. Applicant must possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude. Must work well as with others. RN license in the state of Utah, ACLS, and BLS certifications, or be able to obtain certification within 3 months. Prior experience preferred. Must have basic computer skills, be willing to take call and be able to respond to the hospital within 20 minutes. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

      Job SummaryInterprets physician prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy and safety. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and administers pharmaceutical care. Communicates with patients and providers to ensure an accurate medication reconciliation for patients. Manages inventory and utilizes associated automation and data management systems. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care including sterile compounding of both hazardous and non-hazardous medications. Ensures legal compliance of pharmacy operations and personnel.• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.• Current Pharmacist certification or licensure in the State of Utah.• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.• Additional languages preferred.• Proficient computer knowledge.• Understanding of automated pharmacy systems, USP 797, and USP 800.

      The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for providing Cardiopulmonary Care Services in accordance with specific physicians' orders and department policies and procedures. The RRT will perform in adult and new born intensive care and acute care service areas. Other duties include: EKG, ABG, ventilator management, and other routine respiratory job functions.Qualifications:Must have a current CRT or RRT Utah License and CPR certification. Knowledge of CPAP and BIPAP preferred but not required. The qualified candidate must be competent in the following areas: accurate charting and documentation; basic computer knowledge; critical decision-making and problem solving skills; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.     • Transport Coordinator
      The Villa is seeking a resident centered and dedicated transport coordinator to join our team. the ideal candidate will be a Certified Nursing Assistant who has a great love for the geriatric population, the transport coordinator will schedule resident appointments, transport residents to and from appointments, and sit in on resident appointments when appropriate. The coordinator will also engage with his/her aide team to provide back up resident care when downtime occurs. This may include showering residents, assisting with meals, toileting residents, etc.The selected candidate must have a very positive attitude, enjoy working with others, and be able to provide support and compassion to our residents.
