    • Dietary Aide ~ UBMC
      Performs dietary duties according to safe food handling guidelines. In addition, have the ability to perform the following responsibilities:-Completes and understands food preparations by following recipes accurately-Times dishes appropriately when needing to be completed at once-Understands and knows how to cook in bulk without generating waste-Understands and knows how to use commercial kitchen equipment (i.e. meat slicers, steamers, grills, etc.)-Serves meals, clean work area, receive freight, and keep record of meal preparations-Establishes good customer service to patients, staff, and the public in a friendly and professional mannerQualifications:Qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a food handler's permit or within 30 days of hire. Cooking experience preferred. Candidate must have good computer and clerical knowledge and skills. Be able to lift approximately 40 pounds; be on your feet for long periods of time; and function under high stress situations. Candidate must also exhibit good communication skills, be capable of working as a team player, and pleasant with customers. In addition, understand different therapeutic diets; follow written and verbal instructions; and have a good sense of smell and taste preferred.

  • DME
    • Respiratory Therapist/ Registered Nurse
      Responsible for providing equipment services in accordance with specific physicianís orders, and department policies and procedures. Healthcare team member will perform in all areas of Respiratory care in the home and office setting. Provides services for the setup of new oxygen patients; resupplies oxygen tanks and services and delivers durable medical equipment to patient homes. Helps with inventory system, ordering supplies and cleaning of equipment. Setup CPAP, educate on sleep disorder and monitor sleep apnea patients. Educate and assess all oxygen and trach needs to ensure quality patient care including paperwork and pre-authorizations with insurance companies. Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, prescriptions and follow-up documentation. Communicates with physicians regarding patientís progress. Occasional on-call required.RN with Utah License or CRT/RRT with Utah License. CPR Certifications. Strong written and verbal skills, basic computer knowledge, basic decision and problem solving skills. Self-motivated and willing to work independently. Knowledge of CPAP and BIPAP preferred but not required. Must have current Utah driverís license with no traffic violations within the last two years.

  • Emergency Medical Services
    • EMT
      Provide emergency medical services to suddenly ill or injured patients according to state and local guidelines and or protocols. Will be required to take calls and be available when scheduled; responsible for the care of the ambulance and other equipment; and effectively communicate well with patients and staff. In addition, ensure scene safety by being able to follow established protocols. Other duties will be assigned as needed within the Uintah Basin Healthcare organization. Qualifications:Must have current Utah EMT and CPR certification. Must be able to lift and carry 125 pounds and have a good driving record. In addition, have the ability to work in high stress environments. The qualified candidate must demonstrate good communication skills and work well as a team.

      Under the supervision of the Dietary Manger, the dietary worker will prepare, season and cook food for residents. Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including but not limited to scraping, washing and sanitizing dishes, pans and utensils. Removal of trash and help stock shelves.
