Speech/Language Pathologist - PHYSICAL THERAPY
Responsible for administration and direct application of speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Evaluate and treat all patients that are referred for speech/language. Develop and document treatment plans and goals. Perform other duties as directed and required.
Requires a current Utah Speech Pathologist License. Masters Degree in speech/language pathology. Performance of technical skills related to speech pathology. Able to communicate effectivly in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to determine appropriate patient procedures and evaluate results.Additional Information Position Type : Full Time Shift : Day Contact Information
